Pre-order FAQ
- How do pre-orders work?
- Everything is baked to order in small batches. Order Saturday through Monday and your box is ready for Wednesday pickup; order Wednesday through Friday and it's ready Saturday.
- When do orders close?
- The Sat–Mon window closes Monday at 8pm and the Wed–Fri window closes Friday at 8pm. Anything after that rolls into the next window.
- When will I hear back?
- Marley confirms every order by email within 24 hours of the window closing, with your pickup time and address.
- Is there delivery?
- No deliveries — pickup only. Wednesday pickups are 6:00–8:00pm and Saturday pickups are 10:00am–1:00pm.
- What about parties and big orders?
- Anything over a few dozen, or tied to an event date, goes through the party and event form above so we can plan the bake and timing together.
